Produces ice as advertised and can't beat the price. You will have to break the ice up due to the design, but overall would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for an alternative to the higher priced ice makers on the market.

I bought this as a spare because my regular one that was $3000 was not working and needed to be fixed. This one was much smaller, but only $400 and it actually works better that the expensive one when it was working.

We found that this small icemaker keeps up with all of our needs. We feed 30 or so people every lunch hour. We always have ice. Great product.

I did not realize this unit was a mini ice maker. Good for a home use or mini bar I suppose, but be aware it is about the size of trash compactor. Made for under counter use, not a large commercial ice maker. Great little unit though.

I had a small problem with the drain hose but customer service was excellent. A 1/2 “ shark bite fit the drain and solved the problem. I would definitely recommend this ice maker. We now have plenty of ice for our coolers when we go boating or for tailgating.

We replaced an existing icemaker and the connections were a bit different. Concerned about potential water damage over a weekend if I improperly installed the unit, a certified plumber was hired for the installation. The KUPPET Stainless Steel Commercial Ice Maker-Under Counter/Freestanding Automatic Ice Machine is reliable and a nice size for under the counter.

Fit underneath our counter top height breakfast bar, and was easy to install. Granted I am a contractor and installed the ice maker it our existing reverse osmosis system I believe that a generally handy person can self install. If not hire someone. Within minutes of set up it was producing ice, and still is. Haven’t had it very long, but am extremely happy with it. Had a counter top ice maker but it wouldn’t keep up with our demand. This is purely for our home use, drink and make a lot of ice tea. Appears to keep the ice frozen in its storage compartment. When taking ice from machine to our in freezer recommend putting in bags, then after frozen, break apart like when you buy bagged ice at the store. Transferred ice will have some water(condensation) on it so freezes together if you put in freezer. Makes plenty for us, have not emptied the reservoir once since started using. With 13 minute or so ice making cycle, once the reservoir is full is easily keeps up with our family. My wife absolutely loves it.

Works well. The ice compartment is not refrigerated so ice tends to melt. Tried just keeping a bucket under it to drain in but it filled quick with it being in the garage.

I absolutely love this ice machine. Holds 30# easy. Keeps up well. The cube size is perfect in drinks. I Did install a inline filter. I think this will insure higher ice quality.

Worked great to get my business off the ground and would be perfect for a wet bar in your home but past that its a little slow making ice if demand is high. Would install an inline water filter as well to make the ice taste better.

Very happy with the unit. The tubing is build for 6mm. But 1/4 works just fine. We let the unit sit overnight after shipping. Turned the water on and started it. It has been making ice non stop for a week. We empty it, it is full again in 4-5hr. It will hole about a 5g bucked of ice. Very happy.
