This really works well and I am finally being able to fill bags to go fishing in the summer. Will cut the cost dramatically. Thought the large size would be a little bigger but all in that doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. Machine is simple to use and works fantastic

Unfortunately the water dispenser stopped working, still makes ice wonderfully! I contacted the seller who immediately got back to me and only after 2 emails back and forth they determined it could not be repaired. I loved the product so I requested a replacement but they were out of them at the time. Instead they offered me a full refund and told me to keep the product! Very impressed with the level of customer service! Great seller!

We have a normal fridge ice maker in the office kitchen, but it just couldn't keep up with the demand in the summer. This is a perfect addition when we need extra ice. Not real noisy for our office kitchen - you can hear the fan running, and the ice when it drops - might be annoying in a quite setting, but for our application - works great.

I used this in my small kitchen and it turned out DARLING! The material is great quality and the design is nice. A few buttons and no complicated operations, get ice whenever you need. Just dont forget to add water (I usually go with filtered water or bottled drinking water). I've been using it for a month now and it does what it supposed to and meet our expectations! It makes ice pretty fast, usually around 6-9 mins after pouring water inside and you can get a full cup of small ice cubes, and will keep operating between making ice cubes and ice water. Great update for our home!

I'm enjoying my ice machine. I can turn it off when I don't need it and back on when I do need it. It actually makes small cubes in 6 minutes and large cubes in 10 minutes. If your going away for two week, drain the machine. Drain is on the bottom. This machine is replacing my freezers ice maker. For me it worth every penny.

The first time I bought a household ice maker, I took it back and washed it and plugged it in immediately. The ice-making speed was very fast, and ice cubes were produced every few minutes. The empty structure in the middle also helped to cool the drinks quickly. Because my family doesn't like drinking hot water, and they think the drinks they bought are too sweet, they are diluted with ice. On the one hand, the ice is cool and the sweetness is moderate. I really like the ice machine, and I can drink ice and cool drinks at any time. Warm reminder, because of the temperature, the ice produced for the first time and the second time may not be particularly thick and bubble-resistant, so I started using the ice that came out for the third time, for reference only

This ice maker was a great purchase for my family. Our fridge ice maker broke and we weren't ready for a new fridge. The countertop ice maker provides all of the ice we need. We can also use it to dispense water - an added bonus. I would recommend this ice maker.
